Under the Tuscan…
Happy Sunday everybody! Today I have some photos to share from our trip to Tuscany. This was one of the most romantic places we’ve been to. We stayed at the Hotel Borgo Castelletti. It’s such a charming place; the suites were converted from 17th century farmhouses. I love that each suite is named after a famous painter.
There’s much to do here; you can go horseback riding, biking, or hike around the grounds of Villa Castelletti. I highly recommend exploring the villa; they have olive groves as far as the eye could see. The grounds are simply breathtaking!

We loved our stay at the Hotel Borgo Castelletti, the restaurant in the hotel is fantastic. It offers authentic, rustic Tuscan cuisine. The staff was so kind to us and made sure we had the best experience possible. We especially adore Marcella; who took us to Fattoria di Bacchereto, a local winery in Carmignano.
Our host Alberto gave us a tour of the property and wine cellar. Fattoria di Bacchereto also harvests olive oil. We had a wine and olive oil tasting, and Alberto prepared Bruschetta for us that was the highlight of the day. They were the best tomatoes we’ve ever tasted!
Have you visited Tuscany? If yes, tell me about your experience down in a comment!
