First up is the Mario Badescu Facial Spray With Aloe, Herb, and Rosewater; I always take a facial mist with me when I travel. I recommend it if you suffer from dry skin like I do. Some other great options are the Caudalie Beauty Elixir or Grape Water but the Mario Badescu spray is my favorite, it’s calming, refreshing and really hydrating. The Giorgio Armani Sì Rollerball was the only fragrance I took with me. The notes include Chypre, Blackcurrant Nectar, Airy Florals and Musky Blond Wood. I so regret not purchasing the full-size bottle. I absolutely love this fragrance; it’s a great all-around scent for any time of the year. It’s unique and alluring, perfect for both day and night.
Hand cream is a must. I used the Crabtree & Evelyn Citron, Honey & Coriander Ultra-Moisturising Hand Therapy; it’s infused with macadamia nut oil, shea butter and conditioning lemon, coriander and honey extracts. I love it because it’s thick, long lasting and smells great. The Marvis Ginger Mint Toothpaste is my all time favorite toothpaste, I’m into all things ginger. The Caudalie Divine Oil is the best dry oil I’ve tried. The scent is truly divine and it leaves my skin feeling so moisturized, works as a hair oil too. Next is the L’Occitane Cleansing And Softening Shower Oil With Almond Oil; it’s great for travel because I use it as a shaving cream as well, it’s lovely and hydrating. The one item I always have to take with me when I travel is the This Works Deep Sleep Stress Less Roller Ball. If the packaging is looking a little worse for wear is because it is. I take this baby with me everywhere; I keep it in my daily makeup bag. It’s great when I’m feeling stressed or uneasy. I use it on the metro when it’s feeling a bit stuffy and on long haul flights, it helps keep me calm and relaxed, highly recommend it.
Want some extras? Sure! The Cleansing Spa Water Cloths by Koh Gen Do works well for removing makeup and it has some added benefits for the skin.
